Fees are unique to each client’s individual circumstances and are calculated based on various things including the services we have agreed to provide, the complexity involved and the value we feel we can add.  All fees will be clearly defined by email after the Initial Discovery Meeting, and no work commenced until you feel comfortable to proceed and have agreed to the pricing structure.  There is no pressure to agree to anything at the Discovery Meeting.

Our offices are located at 123 Promenade, Cheltenham.  We are in the lower ground floor of the building, underneath Knight Frank. 

No.  But there is metered parking along the Promenade and at the back of the office on Montpellier Street.  There are also numerous car parks in town, the closest are:

Yes.  As independent financial advisers (IFA) we are able to provide unbiased advice on a wide range of financial products. We are not restricted to a specific number of providers or products, and we are not acting on behalf of any particular company.

If our clients are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint, they will have the right to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge, at The Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR or by going to their website at The Financial Ombudsman.

Sadly not.  Whilst we incorporate this type of pension within our plans and can help assess the options available on them, we have made the decision not to offer transfer advice on a standalone basis.

Yes! While we enjoy working face to face with clients at our Cheltenham office, we understand that not everyone lives locally or can get into town to meet with us.  We work with many clients who live further afield and meet with them regularly via Zoom or Teams.  Our advisers also make home visits for our more vulnerable clients.

Yes!  Meeting with an adviser for the first time can be quite daunting, we encourage you to bring a spouse, relative or trusted friend to your meeting.
