Diane Weitz BSc, AFPS, CFP, IMC
Chartered Financial Planner
Diane has over twenty years experience in Financial Planning and has always been an advocate of professionalism when providing financial advice.
As an active member of the Institute of Financial Planning, Diane is keen to promote the development of higher standards of qualification amongst Financial Advisers. She is one of only 1000 advisers to have achieved the Certified Financial Planner License, which is recognized worldwide. She was also one of the first people, to become a Chartered Financial Planner with the Personal Finance Society; a branch of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Diane is a board member of the South West Region of the National Skills Academy which has a programme for employers to encourage the development of apprenticeships to bring more young people into the profession.
Diane has, for a number of years, worked with the FSA on promoting greater financial awareness, to the general public, by providing their ‘Money Made Clear’ seminars which are given to workforces nationally. Diane in the News
Paul Weitz
Paul has joined Ashlea Financial Planning in Jan 2010, following his retirement after many years in sales and business and more recently a business development role in Oberthur Technologies, which is a global technology company.
Paul has also worked for Xerox and for Kalamazoo plc in sales roles, to address both small business sectors and also major corporate accounts.
The objective is now to bring this overall experience to support the business objectives for Ashlea, in particular to enhance a marketing role to enable a planned growth and increased profile and profitability in the future for Ashlea Financial Planning.
Susan Wall
Sue Wall has worked in the Financial Services Industry for many years. Starting off in her home town of Wigan working for a local Insurance Broker. After moving to Stroud she was employed by Eagle Star in Cheltenham for many years working within their Corporate Pensions Department. Here she gained the Financial Planning Certificate qualification. Sue spent some years working for Hazlewoods Financial Planning, in Cheltenham and whilst there continued her studies and gained the G60 Pensions qualification.
Her qualifications and experience mean she has a good understanding of pensions and investments.
In 2005, Sue took a five year break from the industry by moving to Spain. Here she helped her husband build his own business. After the economic downturn in Spain, Sue returned to Gloucestershire to pickup her career were she left off.
Her main aim and motivation is to provide excellent customer service to all of Ashlea’s clients.
